Representatives of Churchill at meetings of the OCDSB groups, which report back to CASC:

• Ottawa-Carleton Assembly of School Councils (OCASC): A committee of parent representatives from all OCDSB schools. It makes recommendations to the OCDSB on issues under consideration by the board or brought forward by members. Meetings are held at Fisher Park School once a month on a Thursday.
• Alternative Schools Advisory Committee (ASAC): Addresses OCDSB Alternative School issues at the board level. Meetings are held at alternating schools once a month on a Wednesday.
